Grants management permissions to a specific address. Manager = lockup/blacklist management; ADMIN = all management functions. A Safe multisig signature is required.

What is the blacklist?
An address on the blacklist is blocked from all of the following:
- Cannot send or receive tokens
- Cannot approve token spending
- Vote delegation is blocked, and any existing delegation is removed
- Voting power is shown as 0
Removing an address from the blacklist lifts these restrictions immediately.
Adding an address to the blacklist stops it from sending or receiving tokens. A Safe multisig signature is required.

What is a lockup (lock)?
Locks a chosen amount of an address's HighRun tokens so they can't be sent for a set period.
Important: you cannot set a new lock on an address that already has one!
- If a lock is already active → setting a new lock is not possible
- A new lock is only possible after the existing one ends (expires)
- To reduce the locked amount → use "Reduce amount" or "Partial release" below
- To extend the lock period → use "Extend period" below

Locks an address's tokens so they can't be sent for as long as you choose. The amount is the actual number of HighRun (e.g. 100 = 100 tokens). Can't be used on an address that already has a lock.
Example: lock 100.5 HighRun for 1,440 minutes (1 day). Can't run if there's already an active lock.Extends the lock period of already-locked tokens. The amount stays the same.
Example: add 720 minutes (12 hours) to the existing lock. The amount stays the same.Reduces the locked amount. This is a "replace", not a "subtract"! e.g. 1,000 currently locked → enter 700 → it changes to 700. Enter 0 to release the lock entirely.
Example: 1,000 HighRun → enter 750.5 → final lock is 750.5 HighRunReleases only the amount you enter from the locked tokens. This is a "subtract" method! e.g. 1,000 locked → enter 300 → 300 are released and 700 remain.

Send tokens to many people at once. Enter one address and amount per line. The amount is the actual number of HighRun (100 = 100 tokens, decimals allowed).

Send HighRun from your wallet to another address. The number is sent as-is (enter 100 = send 100). Decimals are allowed (0.5 = half a token). Once sent it can't be undone, so double-check the address!

Permanently destroys the amount of HighRun you enter. Burned tokens can never be recovered by any means! The total token supply also decreases.
